Hi, I'm Luiz, and on paper, my career doesn't make much sense. I've gone from startup to production company partner, from agency to freelancer, through tech, real estate, and even recruitment. But there's a thread: I like building things from scratch and seeing them work.
My strength is marketing project management and multimedia content production. I can sit in the strategy meeting in the morning and be editing the video in the afternoon. I learned (by screwing up a lot) that creativity without data is guesswork, and data without creativity is just a boring spreadsheet.
Entrepreneurship gave me a skill I still use today: turning ideas into real projects, with timelines, deliverables, and metrics. And adapting quickly when the scenario changes — because in marketing, the scenario always changes.
